Over the years, church camp has been a fantastic opportunity for connection, growth in faith, and building relationships—plus, it’s always packed with fun!
The 2025 camp will be no different. It’s the perfect chance for the DCBC community to come together, and we’ve designed it to be as inclusive as possible so everyone can join in.
Whether you’re a seasoned camper who loves the outdoor vibe—bring your whānau and your tent and dive right in—or someone who prefers a less traditional approach, we’ve got you covered. Waiora is just a 20-minute drive away, making it easy to come for the day, enjoy the activities, and head home for the night.
New this year, we’re offering dedicated women’s and men’s cabins for solo attendees or those without camping gear.

Overnight rate – includes staying all day:
Family $75 per night (any parent or parents with any number of kids, including youth group kids).
Couples $50 per night.
Single $30 per night.
Youth group coming on their own (without parents) $20 per night.
So if you are coming for the whole camp the cost will be 2 nights at the above rates.
Day rate – come out for any part of any day:
Family/couples $50 per day (any parent or parents with any number of kids) does not include staying overnight.
Single $25 per day.
